trunks: resource_manager: save and load session contexts on suspend/resume

In addition to objects, save & load session contexts on suspend/resume. This would allow to have long-running sessions that survive going into suspend. Currently 'scoped' global sessions in tpm_manager, chaps, etc start a new session for each operation, what significantly affects performance (behavior introduced in https://crrev.com/c/438781).
