Chrome Canary's pin icon is appearing white in the start menu

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3475.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Chrome?
2. Pin to start menu
3. Open start menu

What is the expected behavior?
That the icon matches the other icons in start menu, and current theme

What went wrong?
Icon appears another color, such as white, or grey if using regular Chrome

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3475.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or malware-related...

Able to reproduce the issue on latest canary 69.0.3481.0 using Windows 10. As we are unable to provide bisect information as this issue reproduce on latest canary. Hence untriaging this issue and requesting Dev team for further inputs on it.
