Clear Auto-Opening Settings

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Settings
2. Advanced Settings
3. Downloads

What is the expected behavior?
Option for "clear auto-opening settings"

What went wrong?
There is no button :_((

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Not Sure

Please help ASAP. This feature is very important for me at work. Thank you!
