gerrit: show number of cherry-picks in brackets ("cherry-picks (10)")

Project Member Reported by kirtika@chromium.org, Jun 28 2018

Issue description

Some of us merge patches to all kernel versions and often cherry-pick back to 1 or 2 release branches ago, or factory/stabilize branches. It's helpful to see the # of cherry-picks and quickly check if we missed a kernel version.

Can you give some examples with links to CLs in Gerrit that should be surfacing this information and where you'd like to see it?

Sure, check out the below:
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/third_party/kernel/+/1100690
This is an Intel wifi driver CL that I need to cherry-pick across 5-6 kernels, and then another 5-6 kernels for a given release branch (say R70).
If I had "Cherry picks (10)" instead of "Cherry picks" on the top right view, I'd know that I've not missed any of the ones I needed.
