ChromeOS 10820.0.0, 69.0.3473.0 dev-channel kevin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open crosh terminal and give 'autest' command
2. Open Settings app -> About ChromeOS section
3. Observe the updates section

What happens ?
'Restart', 'Relaunch and Powerwash' and 'Check for updates' buttons and wrong description is seen in the update section for a few seconds before correct UI is displayed.
