Steps to repro:
# With ChromeVox enabled, Navigate to section 1 of the talkback test app
# Navigate to the first slider with search+ right arrow
# Press search+.
# Move to the 'actions' menu with right arrow
# Select 'scroll forward'
# Notice that the slider has increased by 5 and you must repeat the steps to get another 5%

Expected: An easy way to quickly scroll and a way to slide to min and max

Actual: Interacting with sliders is extremely slow
