Issue descriptionChrome Version : 67.0.3396.99 URLs (if applicable) : https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/28/politics/rod-rosenstein-house-hearing-christopher-wray-documents/index.html What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open URL What is the expected result? No autoplay of video content. Chrome is set to "Document user interaction required", which should prevent autoplay completely. What happens instead? An obnoxious advertising video starts playing WITH SOUND.
