LinkedIn - "This site can’t be reached"

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Clear cache
2. Restart computer
3. Open LinkedIn

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
"This site can’t be reached" appears upon trying to access LinkedIn

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 67.0.3396.87 and on latest stable# 67.0.3396.99 using Windows-10 with steps mentioned below:
1) Launched chrome reported version navigated to URL: https://www.linkedin.com/comm/jobs/view/729203691?refId=258d006d-eb0d-48e2-81dd-76077a53ec68&trk=eml-jymbii-organic-job-card&midToken=AQHCUNeh3uQT3Q&trkEmail=eml-jobs_jymbii_digest-null-67-null-null-8qduai~jixfy84q~sf-null-jobs~view&lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Aemail_jobs_jymbii_digest%3BEUmHdt%2F2TwGdzxuKgedS7A%3D%3D
2) Able to access the page, didn't observed any error page

@Reporter: Could you please try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it or test the issue on latest stable# 69.0.3396.99 and let us know if the issue still persists.

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 69.0.3396.87, latest stable# 67.0.3396.99 and on latest chrome# 69.0.3478.0 using Windows-10 with the link provide in comment# 0. As the issue is unable to reproduce from TE end, hence removing Needs-Bisect label. Tentatively adding UI>Browser>Navigation component.

What am i to do to open LinkedIn? Thank you in advance. Please help.

Are you able to access that URL in other browsers?  I'm curious if the problem is specific to Chrome or might be a more general network issue.

I'm doubtful it's a navigation bug, so adding Network component in case a network log could help diagnose it.
