Can't find my Chrome Extension via Google searches

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Search for the whole link or only the name(Amazon Merchant Words Keyword Research Tool) on Google.com
2. Check the results, you will find the extension is not indexed in Google search results (My other extension does get indexed if we check this way)

What is the expected behavior?
We can find the extension in Google Search results

What went wrong?
The extension can't be found via Google searches

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.5 and Ubuntu 14.04 on the reported version 67.0.3396.87 and the latest Canary 69.0.3479 as per the original comment.

On searching for 'Amazon Merchant Words Keyword Research Tool' in google.com, cannot find the extension in Google search results.
Attached is the screen shot for reference.

This is a Non-Regression issue as this behavior is observed from M-60 chrome builds.
Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev.

This isn't the right forum for filing issues about google search results (the Chromium browser and project don't have control over these).  There should be a way to file feedback about search results directly (maybe the "Send feedback" link at the bottom of the search results page?).
