Spinners are not visible for Copies and Scale option on Print overlay

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3475.0 (Official Build) Revision 95ab095d962f25bee2255b45bc08707b683c821c-refs/branch-heads/3475@{#1}(64 bit) OS: Mac(10.14) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, Press Cmd+P to open Print Preview overlay. (2) Now Observe the Copies / Scale text fields(spin boxes). Actual : The spinners(up/down arrow buttons) are not visible for Copies and Scale text fields. Expected: The spinners should be visible for Copies and scale text fields. This is a Non-regression issue, seen from M-60 Note: This issue is specific to Mac 10.14 OS and is not seen on Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.6), Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04) OS. Thank you!

We don't have a Mac 10.14 here to test, so can you go to this fiddle http://jsfiddle.net/axmrbqkh/3/ and see if the spin buttons are visible when you hover over or focus the input there? Wondering if this is print preview specific or an issue with spin buttons in general for Mac 10.14.

Update w.r.t comment #2, as mentioned, navigated to http://jsfiddle.net/axmrbqkh/3/ using Canary official build #69.0.3475.0 and observed that for Mac 10.14 the spin buttons are not visible on hover or focusing over input.Kindly refer attached screen cast. Note: Checked the same on Mozilla firefox and spinners are visible on http://jsfiddle.net/axmrbqkh/3/ for Mac 10.14

This is a known WebUI issue on 10.14 - last I checked it also affected Safari. The overall problem is tracked as issue 850021 . |
