Steps to reproduce the problem:
(Make sure there is no downloaded items in Files Go)
1. Open Chrome and Files Go in split screen
2. Open Downloads inside Files Go (See it will be empty)
3. Download a image from chrome. (See it appear in Downloads inside Files Go)
4. Open Chrome Downloads page see the downloaded item will be present in Downloads page.
5. Close chrome Downloads page and go back to the web page from where image was downloaded.
6. Delete the downloaded item from Files Go Downloads page.
7. Download the same image as previous from Chrome.
8. Go to Chrome Downloads page and one can see 2 same images.

What is the expected behavior?
Only one image should appear in Chrome Downloads page.

What went wrong?
There are 2 same images present in Chrome Downloads page whereas there should be only 1 image as one of the images was deleted from files go then second was downloaded.
