What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In OOBE,go to "Choose your language & Keyboard" screen
(2)Click on Keyboard drop down and observe

Actual: Keyboard drop down is seen overlapped with OK button
Expected: Keyboard drop down shouldn't get overlapped with OK button

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3464.0/10806.0.0 dev

Note : Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
