Check-boxes and Radio-buttons are not seen in chrome web-store page.

OS: MAC (10.14.0)

Test URL:https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome AND navigate to chrome webstore from above link.
2.Observe the options present under section 'Features' and 'Ratings'.

Actual:Check-boxes and Radio-buttons are not seen in chrome web-store page.
Expected:Check-boxes and Radio-buttons should be seen in chrome web-store page.

This is non-regression issue broken in ‘M-60’.
Note:
1.Issue is MAC(10.14.0) specific.
2.Check-boxes and Radio-buttons in  chrome web-store page are seen on Firefox properly.
