Regression : Drop down list doesn't open up properly in chrome://settings/importData.

Issue descriptionChrome version: 69.0.3475.0 (Official Build)Revision 95ab095d962f25bee2255b45bc08707b683c821c-refs/branch-heads/3475@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10) and Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://settings/importData 2. Now resize browser window from bottom to upwards and click on drop down list on import bookmarks and settings overlay,observe(refer screen cast) Actual: Drop down list doesn't open up properly and unwanted gap is seen Expected: Drop down list should open properly This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 69’ and will soon update other info: Good build: 69.0.3447.0 (Revision: 563479). Bad build: 69.0.3448.0 (Revision: 563958). You are probably looking for a change made after 563539 (known good), but no later than 563542 (first known bad). namratakannan@: I would like your insight on this issue. I changed the minimum height of the dialog body to 1.375rem. Should the minimum be increased based on this regression? This would impact dialogs with a single line of text.

Talked with namratakannan@ offline. The drop down control is cutoff due to the scroll. The drop down is lined up with the bottom of the control which is below the scroll edge. Since the control still works as intended, this is okay. |
