Can not keep original input when change to floating keyboard from Dock mode with HW input

Steps:
1.Switch to HW panel with Dock mode 
2.Drawing sth ,with occupy the whole hw panel
3.Switch to floating keyboard 
4.Check HW panel

Actual:
Original drawing string only display part of them , can not display original all drawing in Dock mode
refers to attached video 

Expected:
Drawing sth also reduce when Dock change to Floating,should keep original all input when change to floating window
