Issue descriptionChrome Version: ToT OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open System Tray (2) Swipe down the notification What is the expected result? The feature pod labels shouldn't overlap with buttons. They should fade out earlier. What happens instead? See the screenshot
