'black-heart' emoji shows red in Emoji layout

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any keyboard.
2.Open Emoji layout.
3.Switch to Hot tab.
4.Type the 'red-heart' on the top-left corner.


Actual result: 
A small black-heart is submitted.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
We can't fix it.
We use the noto font.
However, the web page doesn't use the font.
You can try on Gmail editor box.
It's fine.
