Steps:
1.Switch to Simplify Pinyin keyboard
2.Checked <Character width is Full> and <Punctuation width is Full> 
3.Typed some words and punctuation, then Unchecked them typed again
4.Comparing submitted character and punctuation difference 

Actual:
<Punctuation width is Full> Selection not available,  Checked or Unchecked not changed ;

Note:
1. <Character width is Full > selection is ok 
2.When Uncheck < Punctuation is Full> selection, hide keyboard, type with Physical keyboard , it is ok
