'red-heart' emoji shows forcibly under Recent tab.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any keyboard.
2.Open Emoji layout (DO NOT type any emoji).
3.Switch to Recent tab.
4.Try to open the Emoji_Recent tab of any other keyboard.


Actual result: 
3.1 'red-heart' emoji shows under Recent tab.
4.1 'red-heart' emoji shows under Recent tab.

Still repro on the latest version: 69.0.3479.0,10840.0.0 kevin.
