Increase/Decrease The Date By UP/Down Will Make an invalid Value such as Feb 31, Apr 31 or Jun 31 etc.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.170 Safari/537.36 OPR/53.0.2907.68 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. select the date number of <input type="datetime-local" /> 2. pick a solar month of 30 days, April for exaple, and date 30. 3. select the date 30, press up key on keyboard, and then the date change to 31, which is not belong the April. 4. the event onChange: (e => e.target.valueAsNumber) will get NaN What is the expected behavior? the date should change to May 1, not April 31. What went wrong? It's obvious. Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? No Opera has the same issue Chrome version: 66.0.3359.170 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:
