Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a Chrome window that is not touching edges of the screen 2. Turn on the bookmarks bar; note the height 3. Turn off the bookmarks bar; note the height See that the height from 2 and 3 are different. What is the expected behavior? The window remains the same size and the document is given extra space. What went wrong? The window resized instead of the document. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: macOS 10.13.3 Flash Version:

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version stable 67.0.3396.87, latest stable 67.0.3396.99 and on latest chrome 69.0.3481.0 using Mac 10.13.3 and 10.13.5. Note: Issue seen on Mac only Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!

This behavior is intentional. It also matches the behavior of Safari. |
