What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open 2 new tabs
(2) Close a tab
(3) Shrink window to overlap tabs

What is the expected result?
Tabs should shrink with the window.


What happens instead?
The window overlaps the tabs and the tabs become partially or fully hidden


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Opening a new tab seems to trigger a resize.
