[MdRefresh] Feature Request: Implement Faster Toolbar Hover Effects

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Compare the new hover effect of the Omnibox URL-Text with hover effect of the Bookmarks Star or the Chip or the Extension Icons, etc.

What is the expected result?
All hover effects should be fast like the new hover effect of the Omnibox URL-Text.


What happens instead?
All other hover effects, excl. of the Omnibox URL-Text, have a fade in/out timing which feels the UI slow.

I think the fading of some of those objects is a bit too slow, but I just requested on another bug that the omnibox get an animation duration instead of switching instantly, so I would not like to see us remove animations from other buttons.

Ah, sorry. I misunderstand your comment in issue 853241#17. I thought you like the faster animation and that was call for a bugreport for the other buttons. Sorry.
