Long query bleeds from omnibox

iOS Version: 10.3.3, 11.4, 12.0

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome
  2.  Enter a long query in omnibox
  3.  Change device to landscape  mode
  4.  Scroll to hide keyboard
  5.  Rotate the device to portrait mode

Observed results:
Long query bleeds from omnibox

Expected results:
Long query should not bleed from omnibox

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M67 NO
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M68 YES
