Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10718.29.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.34 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10718.29.0 (Official Build) beta-channel samus Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect secondary display 2. Receive a Notification from a Website or App (Hangouts) 3. Click on notifications indicator on secondary monitor 4. Dismiss all notifications. What is the expected behavior? 1- That the Notifications will display on the monitor that they were summoned from 2- When no Notifications are present, the notifications are will be dismissable What went wrong? 1- Notifications were displayed on the primary monitor 2- Notification overlay is still visible when all notifications are dismissed. Did this work before? Yes 67 Chrome version: 68.0.3440.34 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10718.29.0 Flash Version: Clicking on either notifications indicator does nothing.

Notification Sidebar also stays on the right side and leaves room for the Shelf when the position is changed from Right to Left or Bottom. |
