[sentry] After restore, device does not recognize 3.5 audio until suspend resume

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Recover device with 10820.0.0
(2) Sign in with user
(3) Plug/Unplug 3.5 audio jack
(4) Observe no audio node change
(5) Suspend/Resume the device
(6) Plug 3.5 audio again, observe node changes successfully

What is the expected result?
3.5 Audio node should change when plugging or unplugging at any time post recovery

What happens instead?
Device does not recognize 3.5 plug events until suspend/resume

*Note: USB Headphones are recognized after recovery

Some more information:

1) Issue was initially reproducible on two different Sentry devices
2) Using the original Sentry device, additional attempts to reproduce the issue were unsuccessful.

Removing RBS.
