Utility: Patch Service Tasks Consuming Excessive CPU

Reported by steveba...@gmail.com, Jun 27 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load several tabs
2. Invoke Chrome Task Manager
3. Observe 6 "Utility: Patch Service" tasks, each consuming between 30 - 45% CPU. Windows Task Manager showing 99% CPU used. Chrome is using 40% of the CPU, oftentimes more.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should not be using so much CPU.

What went wrong?
Utility: Patch Service.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Check Point SandBlast Agent is also installed.

When Chrome is closed, these tasks continue to run and excessive CPU is consumed.
Will use Edge until this is resolved
