Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load several tabs 2. Invoke Chrome Task Manager 3. Observe 6 "Utility: Patch Service" tasks, each consuming between 30 - 45% CPU. Windows Task Manager showing 99% CPU used. Chrome is using 40% of the CPU, oftentimes more. What is the expected behavior? Chrome should not be using so much CPU. What went wrong? Utility: Patch Service. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Check Point SandBlast Agent is also installed.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 67.0.3396.99 on Windows10 by following below steps. 1.Launched google chrome. 2.Loaded multiple tabs(~60 tabs). 3.Could not observe a rise in CPU usage and also couldn't observe any process like Utility: Patch Service in the task manager. Attached screencast for reference. @reporter Request you to please check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions/apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists or no. Thanks.!
