Tapping on "Manage passwords..." and back doesn't hide the accessory sheet

Chrome Version: 69.0.3473.0 (Canary)
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to a website for which there is a saved password.
(2) Tap password field.
(3) Tap the key icon to show the accessory sheet. 
(4) Tap Manage passwords... then tap back

What is the expected result?
Accessory sheet is hidden.

What happens instead?
An empty accessory sheet is displayed and there is no way to hide it. (No key icon.)

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
Fixed with https://crrev.com/c/1124466. (Sheet is completely dismissed. It doesn't come back, which is bad. This is related to  issue 856039 )
