Metrics for tab grid

After the UI-Refresh flag is at 100% and the deprecated tab switcher implementations are removed, the user action metrics in the tab grid should be renamed for clarity (as TabGrid*) and condensed to reduce duplication and overlap that was necessary for comparison to the older UI.
