Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3472.3 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10575.55.0 (Official Build) stable-channel guado Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Configure Chrome OS to purge user data at sign out 2. Every time user signs in, they are asked to review sync settings What is the expected behavior? It should be possible to suppress the screen from coming up. What went wrong? We have all of our Chromeboxes set to purge user data at sign out, largely because of password sync issues between the local cached password and the SAML SSO. This means that every day when a user sits down to sign in, they get the Chrome Sync review screen. We'd like an option to suppress this screen at the user or device level, as for these thousands of users it doesn't serve any meaningful function but to interrupt and confuse them as to whether they need to check the box to review the settings, just click proceed, etc. Perhaps it could be moved to a notification instead of a large window. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10575.55.0 Flash Version:
