Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect a German Apple USB keyboard to Chromebox (guado in this case)
2. Use paperclip to hold reset button at startup
3. Keys won't be recognized (can't hit Control+D, or arrow keys to change language)

What is the expected behavior?
Keyboard functions at recovery screen, so that devices can be reset.

What went wrong?
We've got a large site where hundreds of Mac minis and iMacs were replaced with guado Chromeboxes, and therefore the accessories are almost all Apple USB keyboards in German, as well as Apple mice.

We are unable to reset the devices if needed, as there's almost no non-Apple keyboards.

Note that a normal generic German keyboard works, and a US Apple USB keyboard has as well in my previous testing.
