Recently displayed emoji panel display abnormally with switching from adjacent tab

Steps:
1.Switch to any keyboard 
2.Go to emoji panel
3.Switch to recently emoji tab from the next nearly tab 

Actual:
Will display duplicated emoji in recently tab; but also have large gaps between different emoji groups 
 
refers to attached vedio 

Note:
If switch to recently tab from non-first emoji (not adjacent)tab , this issue not repro
