What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> open chrome://settings/changePicture
(2)click to take photo(camera box opens)
(3)Suspend the device for a minute >> resume it back and observe(Please refer video)

Actual: Missing of Camera perspective box is seen immediately after resuming the device
Expected: Camera perspective box should be seen immediately after resuming the device

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
