Dock Keyboard UI abnormal in the 90°/ 270° screen

Version 69.0.3464.0(Official build) canary (32-bit)
Platform 10189.0.0（official build) canary-channel kevin
Firmware Google_Kevin.8785.264.0


REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any keyboard_Dock mode.
2.Rotate screen to the 90°/ 270° screen.


Actual result: 
Keyboard UI turns to abnormal: Two blank edges display.

Expected:
No two edges display after rotate to the 90°/ 270° screen.

Note:
This issue not repro for Floating mode.
