[Autofill] Show AF predictions when available.

When showing titles we check to see if it's the right form.
While checking to see if two forms are identical, it's not
a good idea to check for the actions, they may not be updated.
Instead, we use the number of the fields in that form to make
sure it's the right one. (Names are not unique.)
