What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome
(2) Observe '+' icon at left most side of the window to open new tab
What is the expected result?
'parallelogram ' shape icon is seen at right side of an existing tab to open new tab on chrome window
What happens instead?
New '+' icon is seen to open new tab from task bar

Observation:

No 'close' button for the opened tabs by default. Close button is seen only when user hover on that tab.
