Issue descriptionChrome Version: 69.0.3472.3 (Official Build) b978b9c8052fb79ad76080d8b6e7539e4e797693-refs/branch-heads/3472@{#5}(32/64 bit) OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5,10.13.6), Linux(14.04 LTS) OS Pre-Condition: Enable Command-Line Flag '--enable-features=RecurrentInterstitialFeature' and launch Chrome. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://interstitials/ssl?type=ct_failure&overridable=1 2. Resize screen and click on 'Advanced' option. 3. Observe. Actual Result: Contents gets disappeared and unable to scroll the page after on clicking on Advanced option. Expected Result: Contents should not get disappear and should be able to scroll the page.
