Unable to find actual suspect through code search and also observing no CL's under regression range, hence adding appropriate label and requesting someone from Android team to look in to this issue.

The crash site is under rewriting: crrev.com/c/1102157

This crash will not reproduce after the rewriting, and will probably be auto-closed by ClusterFuzz. We'll investigate if it still pops out in another form.
