中/en key in Zhuyin keyboard does not work

Steps:
1.Switch to Zhuyin layout
2.Tap globe , switch input tools, 中/en icon in keyboard

Actual:
No response with tapping these icons

Summary: 中/en key in Zhuyin keyboard does not work (was: Function buttons in Zhuyin keyboard not works )
Globe and Menu keys are obsolete and should be removed, as per  bug 856949 . This bug should only be about the 中/en key.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
As per confirmation from the IME team, "中/En" key is also obsolete and should not exist in the new UI. The key will be removed from Zhuyin, as per  bug 856949 . Closing this as WAI.
