HW panel opened in keyboard and opt-in menu results in different behavior when hide then reshow keyboard

Steps:
1.Switch to any keyboard
2.Switch to hw panel, hide keyboard, then re-show it
3.Switch back to main keyboard, from opt-in menu to open HW panel
4.Hide keyboard then re-show it again

Actual:
Not consistent with different hw panel location;
2.1. will still back to HW panel
4.1. will back to main keyboard

Darren, I thought you already fix the bug.
Since I ask to set current ime as HWT ime when switch to HWT.
Please double check it. It still repro on the latest version.

I wasn't fix ingthis bug :P My fix was for 865315, but apparently no one else can reproduce the problem. I haven't looked at this bug yet, but I can do so today.
