Candidates display while muti-touching on XKB Emoji layout

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any XKB keyboard.
2.Switch Emoji layout.
3.Switch between Dock/Floating mode.
4.Mutipule touch on Emojis.


Actual result: 
English candidates appear.

Note:
Tried this issue does repro for Pinyin.

Verified fixed on the latest version: 69.0.3491.0 canary-channel 10883 kevin.
