Candates and top-line buttons flash simultaneously while touching candidate

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to any keyboard.
2.Type something to make candidates appear.
3.Select any candidate.

Actual result: 
Candidates and top-line buttons (e.g. HW, Settings,...) flash simultaneously. Sometimes, i'll goes to other layout (e.g. HW layout) unconsciously.
