No suggestion line displayed any keyboard

Steps:
1.Log in system and switch to any keyboard in A11y layout
2.Open Hand writing panel 
3.Drawing anything, it works normally
4.Switch to Input view layout

Actual:
Hw not works, can drawing something, but have no candidate words
Switch back to A11y layout again, go to hw panel ,can draw but also can not candidate words again

Summary: No suggestion line displayed any keyboard (was: No candidate line in HW panel for any keyboard )
Update：
For all keyboards ,have no suggest line displayed in Link device

Note:
Can display suggestion line in Kevin device

Note:
First log in system , whether it is Input view or A11y keyboard,  can display suggestion line , but as long as switch to another layout , suggestion line will not display again;
