Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. create a filter and apply it to an element 2. change the filter's attributes through javascript 3. What is the expected behavior? page should update the filtered element accordingly What went wrong? there is no visible change unless you force a repaint Did this work before? Yes according to the previous bug report (cited below), this was working July 2016? Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 67.0.3396.87 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: There appears to be similarities to this report : https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=231560 That issue appears to have been fixed though, so I thought that maybe I should create a new one in case the problem lies somewhere different. I must admit I had some trouble narrowing it down to the test case, so apologies if it's not very clear

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #67.0.3396.87 and latest canary #69.0.3472.3. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
