Issue descriptionChrome Version: Windows Chrome Chrome OS Version: 67.0.3396.87 Chrome OS Platform: Window 10 Steps To Reproduce: (1) A person have a same Email address login in the Android Mobile and In the PC Chrome browser at the same time. (2) If the person remove his/her history from the Android Mobile Chrome Browser. (3) The history in the Window Chrome Version will automatically removed at the same time if the person remove his history from the mobile. Expected Result: History should not remove from the Computer if the person remove his history from his/her Android Mobile. Actual Result: If the person is removing his/her history from the Android mobile and Same Email address was opened in the Android Mobile Chrome Version and Computer (Chrome) then the android chrome version remove the history from the computer also . How frequently does this problem reproduce? Ans: Always. What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Ans: All the history of the user is removing from the computer version . Which is the loss of important data.

Thanks for your report! This is a privacy feature of the browser that history deletions propagate to all your syncing devices. I would like to understand your use case better: Why did you delete history from your mobile device (and do not want it to get removed from you desktop Chrome)? What page / menu did you use to delete your history on mobile?
