OS Version: 10718.29.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Android app as normal on Pixelbook (Google Photos, Gmail, YouTube Music)
2. Android app suffers crash and auto-closes
What is the expected result? Expect to be able to run OS as normal after Android app crashes. And expect to be able to re-launch the app.
What happens instead of that? Entire OS locks up -- screen is dimmed, any new apps that are opened are stuck behind this dimmed screen and non-responsive to any inputs. Force closing Android app doesn't work. Can only log out to restart OS.
All of my open windows and work are lost upon restarting due to the other bug that prevents restore pages from working.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
