Scroll so that the video is scrolled halfway off the top of the page. 2. Observe that the "play" button appears on top of the sticky header, even though the rest of the video is beneath the header. 3. What is the expected behavior? The play button should appear at the same visual "layer" as the video itself. What went wrong? The play button appears above the sticky header whilst the video is beneath the header. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 68.0.3440.33 Channel: beta OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 Flash Version: 30.0.0.113 Adding `z-index: 1` to the sticky header fixes it.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #68.0.3440.33 and latest canary #69.0.3472.3. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
