What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a URL
(2) Select from the middle of the text to the beginning (e.g. "https://www.livestreamalerts.")
(3) Copy and paste just that text.

What is the expected result?
Copying the text will not include the full URL.


What happens instead?
The full URL is copied and pasted (e.g. https://www.livestreamalerts.com/)

This appears to *not* happen if you don't select the start of the URL (e.g. don't include the h in https://); it only happens if you include the first character of the string. It does not appear to happen on non-HTTPS links, but that may be my error.

Reproduced by me and at least one other person on the same Chrome + OS X version. Does not reproduce on Linux.
