When sending out a CQ failure email to the various CL's that did not apply, some extraneous paladin failure messages are also sent which makes it harder to determine which luci links are worth investigating.

For example, in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/third_party/linux-firmware/+/1103989 ChromeOS Commit Bot reported on June 25 12:26 am (mountain time) a CQ failure.  None of the "aborted by self-destruction" failures contribute signal to this failure report.
