Cfm FR: Turn off MIMO on Meet hardware kit

Summary: Admin needs the ability to turn OFF MIMO touch display of meet hardware kit,since device has no physical button the only possible option must be from software, maybe set the option when chromebox goes idle also make MIMO display go OFF 


Use case / Motivation: Turn OFF MIMO touch display to save energy


Existing workarounds: no options at this time other then turning off Chromebox or unplugin MIMO
